Account Manager - Contract & Permanent Recruitment, Oakville

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and highly driven staffing industry professionals, alternatively experience within the consulting engineering sector will also be considered.

Key Accountabilities

· Source, manage and develop new clients with the goal of becoming the staffing company of choice

· Establish an in-depth understanding of our Customers' business and staffing needs;

· Develop and execute account management strategies to meet and/or exceed performance targets;

· Gather market intelligence on the target market sectors for the province;

· Attend industry functions representing Design Group

· Source and qualify suitable candidates within the sector;

· Negotiate business arrangements with clients in accordance with Design Group standards.
